Presentation
Professional Power, Personal Excellence
When a person understand his or her job and becomes an expert on what they
have to do, they become a hard worker. In today’s high-speed, high-stress, high-
pressure, and rapidly evolving work environment, hard workers are not enough.
Gary's presentation is based on the need to have both the right abilities and the
right behavior to excel. Gary defines excellence when a person has gained the 7
critical abilities and behaviors.
Based on his book, Professional Power, Personal Excellence, Gary will guide
people to move up the first five levels from a hard worker to work smarter and
more creatively. He also provides the keys to leadership and how to motivate
people. He then covers the last two levels where he shows attendees how to
balance and enjoy their personal lives. Through humor, meaningful stories, and
effective techniques and exercises, attendees will practice simple yet profound
adjustments in their mindset and actions to change their behavior. They will have
effective techniques that can be used immediately.
